Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate. This position will be based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH and will be part-time in nature.

Responsibilities: - Manage and process online accounts payable transactions - Reconcile invoices and ensure timely payments - Assist in financial statement preparation and analysis - Generate reports and presentations for upper management - Work closely with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Soft skills: - Proficient in financial analysis and reporting - Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
