Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a dynamic Online Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Process online payments accurately and efficiently - Monitor accounts payable inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies - Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts payable - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies - Assist in month-end closing procedures - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passionate and confident attitude - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to cooperate with colleagues and stakeholders
