Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Revolution Precrafted is seeking an Online Accounts Receivable to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resourceful and motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain online accounts receivable records - Follow up with clients for outstanding payments - Process incoming payments and update records accordingly - Reconcile discrepancies in accounts receivable - Generate reports on the status of accounts receivable - Assist with any other tasks related to accounts receivable as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
