Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Saphron, a leading financial technology company located in Makati, NCR, Philippines, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a member of the Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for managing the collections process for our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Monitor online accounts for outstanding balances and work with customers to resolve payment discrepancies - Generate and send invoices to customers based on their online transactions - Reconcile online payments with internal records to ensure accuracy - Collaborate with the Sales team to address any customer billing inquiries or issues - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Proficient in using online payment platforms and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box - Resilient and resourceful attitude when faced with challenges
