Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a motivated and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Entry Level position, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This position is part-time and requires at least 1 year of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files. 2. Coordinate meetings and events, including handling logistics, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes. 3. Conduct research and analysis to support projects and initiatives. 4. Assist with data entry and record-keeping as needed. 5. Maintain a high level of organization and time management to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Support team members with various administrative tasks as assigned. 7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 8. Uphold company policies and procedures while working independently in a remote setting.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in an administrative role. 2. Resourceful and passionate individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
