Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize business performance - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance productivity - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Oversee inventory management and procurement processes - Conduct regular audits to assess operational effectiveness - Manage and support remote team members to ensure smooth operations - Identify training needs and provide guidance to team members - Prepare regular reports on operational performance for management review

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
