Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Operations Manager to join our team at Cebu Pacific Air. This position will be remote work based in Makati, NCR, PH, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and a requirement of 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable with excellent emotional intelligence and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing team members and external partners. - Analyze data and metrics to optimize operational performance and make recommendations for improvement. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals. - Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
