Salary: P300.00 to P550.00 (Per hour)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 02:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Proven experience (3 to 5+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in accounting software Xero, QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning well within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
What will you do?
Bookkeeping and Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Record all financial transactions promptly and accurately in the appropriate accounting software.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Generate customer invoices and track accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments as necessary.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries as required by management or external stakeholders.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
Compliance and Regulatory Support:
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and support external auditors during

Administrative Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including expense reporting, filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing support and follow-up as necessary.
