Job Description - Administrative Assistant

Overview: Ayala Corporation is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support roles. The ideal candidate will possess personality traits such as independence and passion, as well as soft skills like communication and innovation.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to senior management and team members. 2. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. 3. Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, memos, and reports. 4. Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is organized and tidy. 5. Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and preparing presentations. 6. Help with event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings. 7. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders. 8. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support roles. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 7. Innovative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 8. Passion for providing exceptional support and service.
