SariSuki is currently seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a part-time entry-level position, we are looking for an individual who is resilient, resourceful, and possesses excellent communication and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports - Maintain and update databases and filing systems - Assist with project coordination and tracking - Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary - Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
