We are looking for a Remote Administrative Associate to join our team at AIDE Home Health Care in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is independent, adaptable, and ready to take on a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: - Providing administrative support to the team remotely - Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements - Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls - Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and file management - Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations - Upholding company standards and striving for excellence in all endeavors
Requirements: - 1 year of administrative experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently - Presentation skills and attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
