Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


PearlPay is seeking a passionate and dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist with project management tasks, such as coordinating deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met on time. 3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use. 4. Act as a liaison between different departments within the company, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 5. Assist in coordinating and organizing company events and gatherings. 6. Handle general office duties, such as managing office supplies, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors. 7. Perform research and data analysis tasks as needed. 8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. 3. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills. 8. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
