Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


PLDT, a leading telecommunications company based in Taguig, NCR, is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and other documents. 3. Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives. 4. Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports. 5. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses. 6. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. 7. Perform general office tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and ordering supplies.


Requirements: 1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 3. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. 6. Presentation and research soft skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
