Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Manila, NCR. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in administrative roles. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of adaptability and energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Assist with research projects, data analysis, and report generation - Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies - Perform basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expenses - Support the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance - Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of equipment - Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity


Requirements: - Proven experience in administrative roles - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office programs - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Critical thinking skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
