Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


ChatGenie is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the company. 2. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment. 3. Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out invites. 4. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for company executives. 5. Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos and newsletters. 6. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. 7. Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks. 8. Assist with special projects and events as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. At least 4 years of experience in administrative roles. 3. Strong communication and organizational skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Analytical skills and attention to detail.
