Job Description:


Altitude Games is seeking a reliable and hardworking Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. This position offers the flexibility to work from home.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation - Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed - Communicate effectively with team members and external partners - Help streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organization - Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in an administrative role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Strategic planning and innovation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and hardworking attitude
