Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


SM Investments Corporation is seeking a passionate and hardworking Office Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in all administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, organizing, and maintaining inventory. 2. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. 3. Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and organizing employee events. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls. 5. Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reports. 6. Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making and project implementation. 7. Assist with special projects and events as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a related field. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems creatively. 7. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
