Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in office management. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, and possess strong soft skills in strategic planning and cooperation.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events. - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and organization. - Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a professional and productive work environment. - Coordinate with different departments and external partners to support the company's overall goals and objectives. - Handle confidential information and sensitive data with discretion and professionalism. - Supervise and provide guidance to office staff to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in office management and administrative support roles. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
