Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


ChatGenie is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Entry Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting various teams within the company.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate office activities, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies - Organize and maintain company documents, records, and databases - Assist with human resource tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records - Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses - Work closely with different departments to support their administrative needs - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures - Provide general support to employees and assist with any office-related issues


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong critical thinking and planning skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, work-from-home environment
