Job Description:
Petron Corporation is seeking a resourceful and dedicated Online Administrative Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in administrative support roles.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing online calendars and scheduling appointments - Handling email correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely manner - Assisting with online research and compiling data for reports - Creating and maintaining online databases and filing systems - Coordinating virtual meetings and webinars - Providing online support to team members and clients as needed - Assisting with other online administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Presentation skills for virtual meetings and presentations
