Job Description: AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Administrative Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry level position with no required years of experience. The successful candidate will possess a strong sense of independence and confidence, as well as excellent cooperation and innovation skills.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and organizing online administrative tasks - Maintain and update company databases and spreadsheets - Respond to emails and online inquiries in a timely manner - Coordinate online meetings and appointments - Assist in social media management and online marketing efforts - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements: - Independent and confident personality - Strong cooperation and innovation skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
