Petron Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize online administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and maintaining databases - Assist in updating and maintaining company website and social media platforms - Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow - Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed - Research and implement new online tools and technologies to streamline processes
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in administrative or online coordination roles - Strong adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools - Familiarity with social media platforms and website management
