Job Description:
Xepto Computing is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in office management or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all online office operations and administrative tasks. 2. Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings and appointments. 3. Handle online correspondence and communication with team members, clients, and vendors. 4. Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and databases. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online office policies and procedures. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication. 7. Monitor and manage online office expenses and budgets. 8. Conduct research and prepare reports as needed. 9. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in online office management or a similar role. 3. Strong negotiation and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and organization skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools. 6.
