Online Operations Associate

Job Description: NextPay is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in online operations, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and technology.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze online operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience - Manage and maintain online platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or disruptions in online operations - Implement strategies to optimize online performance and drive growth - Provide support to customers and resolve any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong adaptability and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment - Excellent emotional intelligence and time management skills - Proven experience in online operations or e-commerce - Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms
