Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

SariSuki, a leading e-commerce company based in Quezon City, NCR, is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Online Operations Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and demonstrate a strong dedication to achieving operational excellence in an online environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the online platform, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service support. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between product development, marketing, and logistics. - Analyze data and trends to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience. - Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold brand standards and improve operational efficiency. - Assist in the development and execution of strategies to drive online sales and enhance profitability.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence. - Proven ability to persuade and influence others in a positive and collaborative manner. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with online platforms. - Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
