Online Operations Associate

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a driven and passionate Online Operations Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, including website maintenance, inventory management, and order fulfillment. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations, including Marketing, Sales, and Logistics. - Analyze data and trends to optimize online sales performance and customer satisfaction. - Implement strategies to improve online customer experience and engagement. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to drive growth and innovation. - Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and improve user experience. - Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment. - Negotiation skills to work with vendors and partners effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms. - Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends. - Experience with website management and online analytics tools is a plus.
