Job Description:

As an Online Operations Associate at LBC Express Holdings, Inc., you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online platforms and ensuring smooth transactions for our customers. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage online transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations - Analyze data and provide insights to improve the online customer experience - Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in online operations or e-commerce - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude - Ability to persuade and influence others - Experience in people management is a plus
