Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Online Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all online operations for our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online business strategies to drive growth and profitability. 2. Ensure seamless operations of all online platforms, including websites, apps, and social media channels. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of online operations. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and efficiency. 5. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Lead and mentor a team of online operations specialists. 7. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to increase customer loyalty. 8. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and engagement. 9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to online operations. 10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the company.
