Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Meralco in Manila, NCR, Philippines on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in online operations management, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our online operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and improve user experience. 2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the online platform, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service. 3. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in online operations. 5. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online operations management. 6. Lead and mentor a team of online operations professionals to achieve department goals. 7. Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record in online operations management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting. 3. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Driven and reliable with a passion for continuous improvement. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.
