Online Operations Manager

Zennya is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Operations Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in online operations management.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal user experience. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of online operations. 4. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online operations management.
