Job Description:
As an Online Secretary at Hilton in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to upper management and handling various clerical tasks in a fast-paced online environment. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience required.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize online calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives - Respond to emails and online inquiries, routing them to the appropriate person as needed - Prepare and proofread online documents, reports, and presentations - Coordinate online travel arrangements and accommodations - Maintain online databases and file systems - Assist with online event planning and coordination - Conduct online research as needed - Handle other online administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Proven experience as an online secretary or virtual assistant - Proficiency in online communication tools and software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Resilient and adaptable to changing work environments - Excellent cooperation and persuasion skills - Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
