Job Description:

Balikbayad, a leading financial technology company based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Online Virtual Assistant. This part-time position is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. We are looking for an entry-level candidate with no prior experience, who possesses the personality traits of adaptability and confidence, as well as the soft skills of presentation and innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with managing and organizing emails, calendars, and appointments for the team. 2. Conduct research on various topics as assigned. 3. Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations. 4. Communicate with clients and external stakeholders via email and other platforms. 5. Assist with social media management and marketing initiatives. 6. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Must be adaptable and confident in a fast-paced work environment. 2. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to innovate. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
