Operations Associate

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks - Monitor and maintain inventory levels - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide support to the management team as needed - Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any issues - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Highly motivated and adaptable individual - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
