Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Davao City, Davao, PH. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are independent, resourceful, and possess strong analysis and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - Manage client accounts and handle inquiries and concerns promptly - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Assist in negotiations with clients and vendors as needed - Prepare reports and presentations for management review - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred - 1+ years of relevant work experience - Independent and resourceful with a strong work ethic - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
