Operations Associate - Work from home

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team at MetroMart. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. As an Operations Associate at MetroMart, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Assist in data entry and analysis tasks - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Assist in optimizing operational processes and procedures - Collaborate with team members to achieve set targets and objectives - Provide support to management as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and teamwork skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
