Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Operations Associate to join our team at Jollibee Foods Corporation. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in various day-to-day operations tasks, such as managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and communicating with suppliers. - Support the Operations Manager in developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and seamless operations. - Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent people management skills and emotional intelligence. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
