Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work from home position based in Makati, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of resilience and resourcefulness, along with strong soft skills in analysis and research.

Responsibilities: - Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement - Conduct research to support decision-making and strategic initiatives - Assist in the implementation of new systems and procedures - Monitor and track key performance indicators - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
