Operations Manager

Job Description:

Monde Nissin, a leading food and beverage company in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in operations management. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being reliable and resilient, as well as have strong soft skills in project management and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products - Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve company goals - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Manage budget and resource allocation for operations department - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall operational performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Proven experience in operations management - Strong project management skills - Critical thinking ability to solve complex problems - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software
