Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and confident Remote Operations Manager to join our team at Lazada Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing our remote operations effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage remote teams to ensure operational efficiency and productivity. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize remote operations and improve overall performance. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of remote teams. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement. 5. Lead remote team members through coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback for their professional development. 6. Identify operational challenges and proactively find solutions to address them. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in remote operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in remote operations management or relevant role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to think innovatively and creatively to solve operational issues. 5. Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and technologies. 6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 7. Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
