Operations Manager

Job Description:

Booky, a leading company in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the company - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall business performance - Develop and implement strategic plans to meet company objectives - Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals - Manage budgets and expenses to maximize profitability - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards - Continuously seek ways to optimize operations and reduce costs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in operations management - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strategic planning and cooperation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
