Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Remote Operations Manager to join San Miguel Corporation's dynamic team. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our remote operations in Parañaque, NCR in the Philippines. This part-time position requires an energetic and hardworking individual who possesses strong cooperation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement remote operation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. 2. Oversee daily operations and ensure operational goals are met. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and workflows. 4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 6. Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation. 8. Provide leadership and guidance to remote team members to foster a positive working environment. 9. Address any operational issues or challenges in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. Proven experience in remote operations management or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 5. Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools. 6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 7. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.
