Operations Manager

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Makati. As a part-time Operations Manager with 7 years of experience in a mid-to-senior level role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and performance - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with department heads to coordinate and streamline operations across various departments - Manage a team of employees and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their targets - Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the company's growth and success - Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement to drive profitability - Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained - Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a similar role - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Creativity and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
