Operations Manager

Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior level role, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and maximize productivity - Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and achieve company goals - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and productive work environment - Continuously seek out opportunities for growth and development within the organization

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Passionate and driven with a strong commitment to achieving objectives - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
