Operations Manager

AQWIRE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 8 years of relevant experience in operations management. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy, be hardworking, and have excellent negotiation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, resources, and processes - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and achieve company goals - Provide leadership and guidance to team members to promote a positive working environment - Monitor and evaluate operational performance to ensure quality and productivity goals are met - Make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategies for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 8+ years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of success in implementing operational strategies - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
