Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

MadEats is seeking a passionate and independent Remote Operations Manager to join our team. The Remote Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote team in Davao City, Philippines. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority required, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement remote operation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Coordinate with remote team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of remote operations - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to remote team members - Collaborate with other departments to align remote operations with overall business goals - Maintain communication and foster a positive work environment among remote team members - Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise within the remote team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote operations management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a remote work setting - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams - Experience with budgeting and financial management - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for achieving excellence in remote operations - Persuasion and planning skills
