Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

BeautyMNL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to work from home in Davao City, PH. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a part-time position with a seniority level of mid-to-senior and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are met - Manage and lead a team of remote employees, providing coaching and guidance as needed - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall company performance - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address operational challenges - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement - Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for remote team members

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a remote work environment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Demonstrated soft skills in cooperation and strategic planning - Proficient in project management and problem-solving - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
