Operations Manager - Work from home

Overview: Wilcon Depot, a leading construction supply store in Davao City, PH, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home while managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic operational plans to improve business efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Lead and manage a team of remote employees to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner - Collaborate with other department managers to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain operations - Resolve operational issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement - Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of successfully leading remote teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Strong organizational and time management skills - Driven and resilient personality traits - Leadership and critical thinking soft skills
