As a Personal Assistant at MadEats, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executives of the company. Your main duties will include managing schedules, arranging travel and accommodations, running errands, conducting research, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Responsibilities: - Manage executives' calendars and schedules - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Run personal errands for executives - Conduct research on various topics - Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls - Assist with special projects as needed - Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times - Perform any other tasks assigned by the executives
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Independent and driven personality - Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Adaptability to changing priorities - Creative problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of MS Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Bachelor's degree preferred
