Job Description - Personal Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Personal Assistant to join our team at Pushkart.ph in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the CEO and other executives, ensuring smooth operations and increasing their productivity.


Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives - Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence - Conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations - Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, both on-site and off-site - Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and office organization - Liaising with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees - Anticipating the needs of executives and proactively assisting in resolving any issues - Upholding confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Proven experience in time management and planning - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
