Job Description:
United Laboratories is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to work from home. As a part-time associate-level position, the Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain executive's schedule and appointments. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations. 3. Handle phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the executive. 4. Organize and maintain files and records. 5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents. 6. Conduct research on various topics as needed. 7. Provide general administrative support to the executive and other team members. 8. Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and maintain discretion at all times.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Energetic and confident personality traits. 3. Strong communication and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Strong strategic planning skills. 7. Ability to work well in a team environment. 8. Experience working from home is a plus.
